Other News
- Clearview has a risk management program in place to mitigate volatility of commodity prices received for its production. The Company will continue to monitor further opportunities to hedge the prices received for its production.
- Razor inherited decommissioning liabilities in its Swan Hills and Kaybob acquisitions. As at June 30, 2019, the Company had 22 wells remaining in its Inactive Well Compliance program that need to be addressed before March 31, 2020.
- Hemisphere’s corporate strategy through the remainder of 2019 is to focus on strengthening its balance sheet while optimizing new production and reducing per barrel operating and corporate costs.
- Saturn commenced drilling five (5.0 net) extended reach horizontal (“ERH”) wells in early August, largely focused in its core Prairiedale area.
