U.S. stock-index futures rallied sharply Monday after President Donald Trump said planned military strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure would be postponed for five days following what he called “very good and productive” talks with Iran. Dow futures climbed 2.88%, S&P 500 futures added 2.72%, and Nasdaq-100 futures rose 2.62%. Treasury yields fell across the curve, with the 10-year yield down to 4.31%, the 2-year at 3.84%, and the 30-year at 4.90%. Investors are also awaiting the Chicago Fed National Activity Index, due at 8:30 a.m. ET.
