Chord Energy will sell 32,000 net Marcellus acres producing approximately 121 MMcf/d of natural gas to POSCO International for $550 million. The deal advances Chord’s Williston Basin focus while expanding POSCO’s exposure to secure U.S. gas production and the global LNG value chain.
