ONEOK is acquiring Brazos Midstream’s Permian Midland Basin gathering and processing assets for $4.425 billion, adding 700 miles of gathering infrastructure, 1.2 Bcf/d of processing capacity and approximately 600,000 dedicated acres under long-term contracts. The deal will more than double ONEOK’s Midland Basin processing capacity to nearly 2.3 Bcf/d, creating additional opportunities across gathering, compression, automation, pipeline integrity, processing and facility maintenance.
