KLX Energy Services has acquired the assets of Wolfpack Rentals LLC for $17 million, expanding its surface rental equipment business across major U.S. oil and gas basins, including the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Northeast regions. Wolfpack generated $38.2 million in revenue and $5.8 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2025, with KLX expecting the acquisition to be immediately accretive and deliver more than $2 million in annual cost synergies.
