Since 2023, Aris has drilled 12 wells in Texas and New Mexico, focused on expanding its produced-water infrastructure. The bulk of this activity was concentrated in Loving County (5 wells) and Reeves County (4 wells), with additional wells in Eddy and Culberson counties. These wells primarily serve as injection wells, supporting Aris’s core operations in produced-water disposal and recycling. With this acquisition, WES not only expands its footprint but also adds Aris’s 625,000 dedicated acres and long-term customer contracts, setting the stage for further growth in the region.
