What is the  Anadarko Basin?

The Anadarko Basin is a geologic feature covering approximately fifty thousand square miles primarily in west-central Oklahoma, but including the upper Texas Panhandle, southwestern Kansas, and southeastern Colorado. Anadarko Basin had 859 wells drilled in 2022 by 143 Operators.

How much oil & gas is produced in the Anadarko Basin?

The Anadarko Basin’s production was 433,000 barrels of oil a day in February, 2023 but will increase to 445,000 barrels of oil a day in March 2023 predicted the EIA. Natural gas production in the Anadarko will grow from 6,786 million cubic feet a day in February to 6,908 million cubic feet a day in March.
