LONGSHORE RESOURCES LTD. Permit#48,178 total 1.8KM Well to satellite

Longshore Resources is a privately held exploration and production company headquartered in Calgary and focused on capturing high quality, oil weighted resource opportunities in the Peace River Arch and South Central areas of Alberta.

The company’s business plan is to acquire underexploited assets in the target areas that can be developed using horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracturing techniques. In addition, Longshore plans to leverage its growth through the development of high impact, internally generated, drilling prospects.

A member of the ARC Financial portfolio of companies, Longshore has assembled an experienced management and technical team with a track record of success and a plan to leverage its expertise and financial support to develop a top tier oil and gas company.

Longshore currently owns and operates a consolidated land position in NW Alberta in the Valhalla area. Targeting top-quality, highly economic lower Charlie Lake (Braeburn) oil, Longshore has achieved significant growth since inception. This position is further enhanced by ownership in strategic infrastructure and the stacked potential of the Charlie Lake on Longshore’s core lands. Future development of these lands will bring significant growth potential to the pro forma entity.

Charlie Lake located in the Peace River Arch region one of the leading oil plays in North America capital Charlie Lake Formation is a hydrocarbon bearing formation found predominantly in northeastern British Columbia costs $2 to $3.5 million per well, dependent on length

CNRL

Wembley – Permit #63,002 – 2.35KM Battery to battery

New drilling also continues, especially for liquids-rich natural gas in the Montney Shale that straddles northern Alberta and British Columbia. First-half 2021 asset deals expanded CNRL’s Montney properties by 107,000 acres to 1.3 million acres.

“Canadian Natural is in a strong position as our vast and diverse asset base delivered strong operational and financial results,” said CNRL president Tim McKay.

Montney Formation is a major shale gas and tight oil resource. … This estimate makes it one of the largest known gas resources in the world and equivalent to 145 years of Canada’s 2012 consumption. Gas is produced from the Montney Formation in both British Columbia and Alberta.

Canadian Natural has a large inventory of defined development projects, leveraging existing strategic infrastructure. The Company’s Greater Wembley area has approximately 155 net sections of undeveloped land with a potential for approximately 365 net liquids rich locations, targeting approximately 510 bbl/d per well. There are also over 200 additional locations in emerging Montney prospective layers in the Greater Wembley area.

Calling Lake – Permit #35,935 – 2.35KM – Battery to battery

Pelican Lake is a premium asset within Canadian Natural’s portfolio. We have had great success with enhanced oil recovery in this pool, first with water floods and now with polymer floods. Pelican Lake is a large, shallow crude oil pool in our Northern Plains core region. Although initially developed with primary production, we started converting portions of the field to water flood in 2004, resulting in a significant production increase which reversed the previous three years of production decline. Building on that success, we began testing polymer flooding in 2005.

This enhanced oil recovery technique has proven to be much more effective than water flooding and as such, we converted more of the field to polymer flood. In late 2017, the Company added to its strategic position at this world class pool with the purchase of certain Pelican Lake assets. The addition of these lands consolidated Canadian Natural’s ownership of 100% of the lands in the pool and allows for opportunities to capture synergies in servicing, facility operation and area management.
