Caturus Energy’s transfer of air permits for Galvan Ranch production facilities in Webb County confirms the ongoing operational integration of the approximately 61,000-net-acre South Texas position acquired from SM Energy for an originally announced $950 million. The transaction transferred 260 producing wells and roughly 250 MMcfe/d to Caturus, creating an immediate OFS opportunity around maintaining and optimizing an established Eagle Ford/Austin Chalk production base while positioning suppliers for future development of the remaining inventory.

Kimmeridge Texas Gas, LLC received a Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) permit to operate a 18.14-mile private gas pipeline in Live Oak County (Three Rivers area). The permit (No. 10712) was issued August 22, 2025, and is valid through April 30, 2026. All 18.14 miles are regulated under Texas rules.
