We have 3 types of permits related to construction of new facilities the Permit Type is related to the stage of the project.
- Notify New – Prior to construction, a notification with basic information must be submitted.
- Initial -Ninety days after submitting the Initial Project Notification, a more detailed registration for the standard permit is required. This could be related to existing plant maintenance
- Revision – Permit approved with a revision to the permit. This could be related to existing plant maintenance

The company, formed earlier this year by private equity firm TPG Capital and Chazen, the former Occidental Petroleum CEO, has been amassing acreage across the oil-rich Eagle Ford shale formation and the Austin Chalk limestone and clay formation.
Magnolia, which pumps more than 46,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, invests less than 60 percent of its cash flow into drilling and other operations, saving the rest for growth opportunities and other uses.
The Austin Chalk, which lies atop the Eagle Ford in parts of Texas, is undergoing a renaissance of sorts as oil producers, Magnolia included, deploy technology developed in the shale boom.

Occidental manages operations in the Permian Basin through two businesses: Permian Resources, which consists of growth-oriented unconventional opportunities, and Permian EOR, which utilizes enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques, such as carbon dioxide flooding and waterfloods.
Occidental relies upon several sources to ensure an adequate supply of CO2 for our EOR operations, including the Occidental-operated Bravo Dome field in northeastern New Mexico and additional supplies from methane fields in the southwestern Permian. Occidental’s Century Plant in Pecos County, Texas, further expands our EOR infrastructure in the Permian Basin. The plant processes natural gas with high-CO2 content, resulting in methane gas for the market as well as a major source of CO2 for our Permian operations.

The Veolia North America Port Arthur, Texas Treatment Complex is located 3.5 miles West of Taylor’s Bayou on 3,300-rural acres of which only 450-acres are involved in waste activity approximately ten miles west of Port Arthur, TX. The 150 million BTU/hr rotary kiln based incinerator occupies 156-acres and owns the surrounding 2200 acres as well. The remaining property represents RCRA closed or inactive land disposal units owned by the previous owner and spare acreage. The facility specializes in servicing generators who have large-volume waste treatment requirements (i.e., process wastes from manufacturing or one-time volumes from remediation projects). Port Arthur is permitted to handle up to 150,000 tons per year of RCRA and TSCA waste and auxiliary fuel with hourly constraints on individual feed devices, feed concentrations, and heat releases.

CML Exploration, LLC is a privately held independent oil and gas exploration and production company that was founded by Kenneth C. Nelson in November 2007. The Company operates more than 350 oil and gas wells located in Texas and New Mexico. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, the Company employs more than 50 personnel.
CML began targeting the Georgetown formation with a drilling project on its Pecan Grove lease in Zavala County in December 2016. Over the past two and half years, the company has filed drilling permits for 13 more Georgetown projects on nearby leases.
Railroad Commission figures show that the company’s Georgetown wells have been productive. CML reported that its Georgetown wells in Zavala County produced more than 280,000 barrels of crude oil in 2017.
Founded by oil and gas industry veteran Kenneth Nelson in November 2007, CML is a privately held exploration and production company with 350 oil and gas wells in South Texas, the Permian Basin of West Texas and southeastern New Mexico.
