Shell Pipeline was approved by the Texas Rail Road Commission for a new 46 mile pipeline permit in Chambers & Harris Counties. The pipeline will carry Ethylene, Propylene and Butadiene from Shell Deer Park’s location and Mont Belvieu, Tex.
