Comstock Secures $2.1B to Accelerate Haynesville Development

Comstock Resources has lined up a $1.65 billion strategic partnership with SOCAR and a $450 million Jerry Jones-backed drilling venture, providing capital to reduce debt and accelerate development of its Haynesville assets. The drilling JV will support 27 wells over the next 12 months, including 18 in the Western Haynesville, creating near-term opportunities across drilling, completions, production services and midstream infrastructure.
