Tidewater Pipestone Pipeline Project

Tidewater expanded its gas storage operations at Pipestone (the “Pipestone Gas Storage Facility”) and completed a 24km, 30-inch natural gas pipeline (“Pipestone Pipeline”) connecting the facility to both mainline gas systems, Alliance and TCPL. The Pipestone Pipeline allows for significant future optionality and egress at the Pipestone Gas Storage Facility and Pipestone Gas Plant.

Pipestone Pipeline Project – Phase 1 (the Project). The Project consists of the construction and operation of approximately 13 pipelines and associated facilities that will be installed to service a proposed sour gas processing plant located in LSD 12 of Section 35 Township 70 Range 9 West of the 6th Meridian (west of Grande Prairie). The deadline for submitting a statement of concern is March 24, 2018.

Phase 2 of the Pipestone Pipeline Project. The Project consists of the construction and operation of 4 pipelines and associated facilities that will connect to Phase 1 of the proposed Tidewater Pipestone Project and ultimately service a proposed sour gas processing plant located at 12-35-70-9 W6M (west of Grande Prairie).

North Pipeline Project, west of Grande Prairie. The project consissts of the construction of three pipelines, each approximately 16.2 km in length; a sweet fuel gas pipeline, a sour gas pipeline and a sour oil effluent pipeline from LSD 6 of Section 31 Township 73 Range 8 West of the 6th Meridian to LSD 14 of Section 17 Township 72 Range 8 West of the 6th Meridian. The pipeline will be install within existing Tidewater rights of way.
