Last week the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) approved the transfer of 33 air permits related to oil & gas facilities from LEGACY RESERVES OPERATING LP to HIBERNIA RESOURCES IV, LLC. The counties include Howard & Martin.
