Pipestone Energy is a pure-play resource company focused on developing natural gas and natural gas liquids in the Montney formation in Alberta, Canada. In the greater Grande Prairie area, Pipestone Energy holds over 95,000 acres of Montney lands that possess proved plus probable reserves of ~165 MMboe (~36% condensate / oil + ~11% NGLs) and risked best estimate contingent resources  of ~221 MMboe (~36% condensate / oil + ~10% NGLs) booked on only ~58% of total lands, as evaluated by McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd. in an independent engineering report effective July 1, 2018, and dated July 13, 2018.

WEST LAKE ENERGY CORP. Permit #59577 2.64KM Well to Battery Pipeline 

West Lake Energy Corp. is a privately owned, intermediate producer with core assets located in the Lloydminster and Provost areas. West Lake’s strategy is to grow its production base in both its heavy and medium areas through organic drilling complemented with focused acquisitions.  West Lake has applied advanced drilling and completion techniques, which has allowed its wells to achieve compelling economic returns at sustained low oil prices. West Lake continues to
execute on a material multi-year drilling program.

The Provost medium oil region is located along the eastern edge of Alberta between Township 36-43 and Range 1-6 W4M. The main producing areas in this region are Cadogan and Rosenheim, which target the Cummings and Dina zones at a depth of approximately 600 to 700 metres, resulting in medium gravity oil with a density of approximately 20 ºAPI. Sparky and Lithic channels are also targeted in the Sounding Lake, Rosenheim and Provost areas, with densities of approximately 22-28 ºAPI.

The Lloydminster heavy oil region is centered around the City of Lloydminster on the Alberta/Saskatchewan border. This region’s production is predominantly heavy oil in the 12º to 16º API. Zones targeted include the Colony, Upper McLaren, Sparky, General Petroleum, Rex and Waseca at depths of 500 to 700 metres.

The remainder of the Company’s production is gas-weighted and located in West Central Alberta and the Peace River Arch.
