The Foothills System, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TransCanada PipeLines Limited (TCPL), an affiliate of TC Energy Corporation.  

The proposed Yahk Section will consist of approximately 13 km  of 48‐inch diameter pipeline located approximately 25 km east  of the Town of Creston, B.C.
