  • Notify New – Prior to construction, a notification with basic information must be submitted.
  • Initial -Ninety days after submitting the Initial Project Notification, a more detailed registration for the standard permit is required.  This could be related to existing plant maintenance
  • Revision – Permit approved with a revision to the permit. This could be related to existing plant maintenance

Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States, with a strategic footprint in all of the major domestic production basins.

ET spent $1 billion in Rusk on 157 mile 36-inch expansion of this project to 42-inch for the section that runs from Limestone County, Texas to the interconnect with its Texoma pipeline, northeast of Beaumont.

This project is the first of a multi-phase expansion intended to provide producers in the Bossier Sand and Barnett Shale basins in East and North Texas an outlet to various markets throughout Texas, as well as to the national marketplace through downstream interstate pipelines. There are significant pipeline capacity constraints out of these rapidly expanding and prolific producing areas that will be addressed by this ongoing construction project.
