SandPoint Resources, LLC is an independent oil & gas company formed in 2018 and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. The management team has partnered with Houston-based Carnelian Energy Capital Management, L.P. to acquire and develop upstream oil and gas assets in select onshore North American basins.

MarkWest, a wholly owned subsidiary of MPLX LP (NYSE: MPLX), is engaged in the gathering, processing, and transportation of natural gas; the transportation, fractionation, storage and marketing of NGLs; and the gathering and transportation of crude oil.
Enterprise Products Partners, Anadarko Petroleum, DCP Midstream Partners and MarkWest Energy Partners have formed a joint venture (JV) for the Panola natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline in Texas, US.
The pipeline starts in Carthage and extends 181 miles to Mont Belvieu, Texas.
Under the JV, Enterprise will assign 45% ownership interest in its Panola Pipeline Company.

TARGA Permit #RN111383188 RED DOG COMPRESSOR STATION – MIDLAND County
Targa, a midstream energy corporation, is one of the largest providers of natural gas and natural gas liquids in the United States.
Permian Midland system consists of approximately 7,000 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines and sixteen processing plants with an aggregate nameplate capacity of 2,599 MMcf/d, all located within the Permian Basin in West Texas. Eleven of these plants and 4,900 miles of gathering pipelines belong to a joint venture (“WestTX”), in which we have an approximate 72.8% ownership. Pioneer, a major producer in the Permian Basin, owns the remaining interest in the WestTX system. In addition, we are constructing the Legacy Plant, a 250 MMcf/d cryogenic natural gas processing plant, which is expected to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The Permian Delaware system consists of approximately 6,100 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines and eight processing plants with an aggregate capacity of 1,240 MMcf/d, all within the Delaware Basin in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.
The Permian Midland and Permian Delaware systems are interconnected and volumes may flow from one system to the other providing increased operational flexibility and redundancy.

From 2015 to 2018, development and production costs decreased by approximately 40 percent, and well performance continues to improve.

EnLink operates ~12,000 miles of gathering and transportation pipelines, 21 processing plants with ~5.3 billion cubic feet of net processing capacity, and seven fractionators with ~290,000 barrels per day of net fractionation capacity, as well as barge and rail terminals, product storage facilities, purchase and marketing capabilities, brine disposal wells, an extensive crude oil trucking fleet, and equity investments in certain joint ventures.
Rattler and Amarillo Midstream sold their 50/50 Amarillo Rattler joint venture to EnLink Midstream for total gross potential consideration of $75 million, consisting of $50 million at closing, $10 million upon the first anniversary of closing and up to $15 million in contingent earn-out payments
