  • Initial -Ninety days after submitting the Initial Project Notification, a more detailed registration for the standard permit is required.  This could be related to existing plant maintenance

Trinity Operating – Permit#RN111502282 – AVANT CD CENTRAL TANK BATTERY – LA SALLE

Trinity Operating is an independent oil and natural gas company headquartered in Houston with current operations in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Our company and its affiliates are actively engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of hydrocarbons from multiple basins throughout the United States.

Arkoma Basin
Trinity Operating began operations in 2016, focusing attention in the Arkoma Basin. In 2019 we achieved an average gross production rate of 42 MMBOE.

Eagleford Basin
Stepping out from the Arkoma Basin, Trinity Operating drilled its first well in the Eagleford in 2018. The average gross production rate in 2019 was 5 MMBOE.

Haynesville Shale
Moving East, Trinity Operating began drilling the Haynesville Shale in late 2019.

The Wolfcamp play has helped drive overall crude oil and natural gas production growth in the Permian Basin during the past decade. Crude oil production in the Wolfcamp accounts for nearly one-third of total Permian crude oil production and more than one-third of Permian natural gas production.

Kinetik is strategically located in the heart of the Delaware Basin in the Permian, one of the fastest growing areas for oil and gas development in the world. We provide the gathering, compression, processing, transportation and water management services required to bring natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil to market and are dedicated to providing the best service and netback for our customers. 

We have four plant sites in operation across our footprint and more than 1,300 miles of pipe in the ground in four counties. Our interconnected plant and compression sites provide redundancy, reliability and ease of future expansion.

Our core capabilities serve a variety of service offerings across multiple streams, including natural gas gathering, transportation, compression, treating and processing; NGL stabilization and transportation; produced water gathering and disposal; and crude oil gathering, stabilization, storage and transportation.

DCP Operating –  Permit #RN111504247 – BUFFALO BOOSTER STATION – MARTIN

DCP Midstream operates in 18 states across major producing regions. DCP Midstream is a 50:50 joint venture between Spectra Energy Corp and Phillips 66.

DCP Midstream, LLC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in gathering, processing, compressing, transporting, storing, and marketing natural gas; and fractionating, transporting, gathering, treating, processing, storing, and marketing natural gas liquids or NGLs in the United States. The company owns or operates 53 plants, 10 fractionating facilities, and approximately 60,000 miles of gathering and transmission pipeline with connections to approximately 38,000 active receipt points. It serves various customers, including natural gas producers and marketers, as well as end users, such as industrial customers, natural gas and electric utilities, petrochemical and refining companies, and propane distributors. DCP Midstream, LLC was formerly known as Duke Energy Field Services and changed its name to DCP Midstream, LLC in January 2007. The company was founded in 1929 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. DCP Midstream, LLC operates a joint venture between Spectra Energy Corp and ConocoPhillips.

DCP Midstream is primarily a gathering and processor partnership with major asset bases in the Permian, Scoop/Stack, Eagle Ford, and DJ Basin. It also has investments in the Sand Hills natural gas liquids pipeline as well as the Gulf Coast Express gas pipeline, which both serve the growing Permian basin. Its general partner is a joint venture between Phillips 66 and Enbridge.

ENERGY TRANSFER  – New Pipeline (Warrior) – 325 Miles – Permit#T10370 – CALLAHAN, EASTLAND, ELLIS, ERATH, GLASSCOCK, HOOD, JOHNSON, MIDLAND, MITCHELL, NOLAN, SOMERVELL, STERLING, TAYLOR, UPTON

The Midland Express AKA Warrior pipeline project will connect natural gas in the Permian into the existing Energy Transfer intrastate pipeline system where there is spare capacity.

The Warrior pipeline likely requires in the neighborhood of $600mm in capital spending between 2022 – 2024, adding more spend into what is already a focus area of small tuck-in projects from Energy Transfer that include Oasis expansion and Grey Wolf gas processing plant.
