BRAZOS MIDSTREAM – Permit#RN111518759 – GOLDEN SPIKE COMPRESSOR STATION – PECOS

Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Brazos is one of the largest private natural gas and crude oil midstream companies in the Delaware Basin. The Company’s assets are located in Reeves, Ward, Loving, Winkler, and Pecos counties and include approximately 800 miles of intrastate natural gas and crude oil gathering pipelines, a natural gas processing complex with 460 MMcf/d of processing capacity and approximately 75,000 barrels of crude oil storage. Brazos serves leading major and independent oil and gas producers, which together have made long-term dedications for over 500,000 acres.

Brazos Midstream (“Brazos” or “the Company”) today announced it has executed gathering and processing agreements with Shell Exploration & Production to construct a new natural gas gathering system located in the core of the Delaware Basin. Brazos’ new midstream infrastructure is anchored by fifteen year, fee-based acreage dedications totaling 55,000 acres in Loving, Ward, and Winkler counties. Brazos will construct 16 miles of high-pressure pipeline that will extend from the Company’s existing gathering and processing systems and can be expanded further to support multi-well pad development by current producer customers, as well as other producers in the area.

Brazos also announced it recently commissioned the Comanche III plant, a 200 million-cubic-feet-per-day (MMcf/d) cryogenic natural gas processing plant. Comanche III, which began processing volumes in the first quarter of 2019, is the third plant in Brazos’ natural gas processing complex, located in Reeves County, Texas, and brings Brazos’ total operated processing capacity in the region to 460 MMcf/d. Brazos anticipates further expansion of its processing complex with Comanche IV, a new 200 MMcf/d plant, and expects construction to begin as early as 2020.

ENDEAVOR ENERGY RESOURCES LP – Permit#RN110753050 – ELKINS 44-32 – MIDLAND

Headquartered in Midland, Texas, Endeavor Energy Resources LP employs over 1,300 valued associates as one of the city’s largest private employers.  With over 35 years of experience in the Midland Basin Endeavor re-focused its development strategy in 2016 on a new horizontal drilling program.  Relying on the strength and depth of its resources to execute a horizontal program Endeavor has reduced drill time, lowered LOE, and hit record production for the company.

The Midland Basin consists of Martin, Howard, Midland, Glasscock, Upton and Reagan counties. These Core 6 counties are the center of focus for Endeavor’s horizontal drilling operations. Once thought to be uneconomic properties, these counties are now the foundation for the Permian Basin’s oil inventory with some of the lowest breakeven economics across the U.S. shale patch.

With an asset position of approximately 370,000 net acres in the Midland Basin, Endeavor is poised for growth as it executes its horizontal drilling program. An estimated 90% of Endeavor’s assets in the Midland Basin have yet to be developed.

MONTROSE OPERATING LLC – Permit #RN110178548 – SAMSON UNIVERSITY 8 – ANDREWS

The Permian Basin, which spans western Texas and eastern New Mexico, represents the most prolific hydrocarbon production region in the United States. They accounted for about 30% of U.S. crude oil production and 14% of U.S. natural gas production (measured as gross withdrawals) in 2020. Technology innovations, such as longer lateral wells and multi-well pad drilling, has helped reduce costs and increase productivity in developing oil and natural gas resources in the Permian Basin.

Andrews County, TX ranks #17 in the state for BOE produced in the most recent month (Jan 2022). The information below is the summary of oil and gas data that goes back to 1993 and contains information on the 21,294 wells that have been drilled from Jan 1993 to Jan 2022.
